wip - acorn was kidnapped after falling asleep because he was exhausted, maybe??? he was only a kit
As a Kit: He was an upbeat tom, much like he is today, but he was also extremely adventurous. One of his friends, an apprentice, decided to sate his undying urge to leave the camp, so they guided him out and rested with Acornflash on a large, flat rock directly underneath the sun. The apprentice began to grow drowsy, and Acorn padded off a few foxlengths away and fell asleep in a bush. Once he had awakened, it was considerably darker, and his friend was nowhere to be seen. Acornflash, being only a kitten at the time, had no idea which direction the camp was in and walked even deeper into the forest. Towards sundown, two twolegs came across him: one adult and one kit. He was paralyzed with fright, not knowing how to react and only having heard of twolegs in stories, and they scooped him up, taking him into the garden outside their den and placing some type of nest on top of him, probably to keep him warm. Finally, after the twolegs had gone inside (possibly to get food for him), Acornflash got over his shocked state and raced off, ducking under a hole in the fence surrounding the den. He continued in the direction he had gone and was met with a patrol of SkyClan cats who took him back home, not without a struggle. Acorn had not recognized them initially and was scared out of his wits, nearly passing out. Needless to say, he was very, very frightened.
As an Apprentice: Of course, his kithoot affected him greatly. He refused to go on border patrols whenever he was able to and would stay as close to his mentor as possible. Nothing of note happened during his apprenticeship, but he still felt like he didn't deserve to become a warrior. He felt that his warrior assessment went terrible and that his ceremony shouldn't been postponed; though he easily passed it. Although he felt so lowly about his skills, he never one blamed his mentor, always choosing to place the burden upon himself.
As a Warrior: He had just barely become a warrior by the time the second Evil Era rolled around. Due to his aversion of strangers, he participated as little in the liberating as was possible.
